Supply of goats/sheep to Scheduled Castes/Neo-Buddhist beneficiaries
Under this scheme, goats are supplied to Scheduled Castes/Neo-Buddhist beneficiaries as per (10+1) group at 75% government subsidy. The total cost of the group is Rs. 01,03,545/-, out of which 75% government subsidy amount will be Rs. 77,659/- and the remaining 25% beneficiary share of Rs. 25,886/- will have to be paid by the beneficiaries.

Beneficiaries below the poverty line, Very small landholding farmers, Small marginal farmers, Educated unemployed (registered with Employment and Self-Employment Center), Women in self-help groups (A. No. 1 to 4), 30% priority to women beneficiaries from No. 1 to 4, 30% priority to disabled beneficiaries from No. 1 to 4
Benefits:
A unit consists of 10 goats or sheep, with a 75% subsidy available for Scheduled Caste/Neo- Buddhist beneficiaries. The breeds eligible include Osmanabadi goats, Sangamneri goats, Madgyal sheep, Deccani sheep, and other local indigenous breeds. The group prices for these animals are as follows: - Osmanabadi/Sangamneri goat: Rs. 1,03,545 - Local goat: Rs. 78,231 - Madgyal sheep: Rs. 1,28,850 - Deccani sheep and other local sheep: Rs. 1,03,545.
